| How I have helped ACN Please help me! My name is Sabine, I am 13 and a Catholic. I have always wanted to do something for poorer people, but mostly I kept forgetting and I was also frightened. Can you tell me how I can make a donation for poor children in Africa, Asia and elsewhere? Please help me! Dear Sabine,There are many young people of your age who have no Child's Bilble. If you would like to help us, along with other people, we will send you a copy and also make sure that your young friends in Africa, Asia and the other countries receive one too. He must be going around Heaven with his hat I enclose €1,000 for ACN in grateful remembering of Father Werenfried. I think of him often and how he must be going around Heaven with his hat asking the saints to intercede with the Child Jesus to ease the suffering of the poor and neglected whom he served whilst on earth. Saving for God On behalf of my school classmates in form 3A, I am sending you the money that we saved up during this school year while preparing for our first Holy Communion. For Sisters in Africa When our children's clothes became too small for them, we sold them. The E40 we made are for you, so that you can support religious sisters in Africa. We continue to pray for our charity, ACN. A life-saving drop in the oceanMy donation is no more than a drop in the vast ocean of need. But I know that for those dying of thirst such a drop can be a life-saver. Whenever I can, I try to help your wonderful charity, which helped me too when I was a student in Rome. |
